Designing is like reading a rock wall before I move.
Designing is like reading a rock wall before I move.
In climbing and design, I don’t just jump in. I study the "geography" of the problem to find the smartest, most efficient path to the top. I solve puzzles with tactics and plan my moves so I can achieve more while wasting less energy.

When I’m bouldering, my biggest breakthroughs happen when a friend shares their “beta”, a small tip that changes my whole perspective.
I believe the same is true for design and tech. That’s why I’m so passionate about volunteering at Ladies that UX. When we openly share our stories, we stop struggling in circles and start growing together. To me, collaboration is about building a ladder for one another so we can all enjoy the view from the top.

When I commit to a goal, I see it through to the summit.
A few years ago, I took a tiny study group and turned it into the BUDUSU Club podcast. I took charge of the journey, leading us through 100+ book discussions and reaching 148,000 listens. Whether I’m growing a community or winning a Gold Design Award, I take full responsibility for the results and always make sure we cross the finish line together.
When I commit to a goal, I see it through to the summit.
