I've always been drawn to how living things adapt. Not by being the strongest, but by keeping enough diversity to handle changes they can't predict. That's why I chose startups. You see which strategies hold up in real time, and you learn to adapt fast.

I didn't push it. I just kept showing up, kept the conversation going, and made sure everyone felt like they belonged. The BUDUSU Club podcast grew the same way the best teams do, not because someone was driving hard, but because people wanted to stay.
